• Agreement to Terms: By accessing or using the 'Blurtext' mobile application ('App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
• License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.
• Ownership and Intellectual Property: The App and its materials, including but not limited to visual interfaces, graphics, design, data, computer code (including source code and object code), products, software, services, and all other elements of the App ("Materials") are owned by the App provider or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution of the Materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
• Third-Party Assets and Acknowledgements:Blurtext enhances its interface with high-quality visual elements thanks to the icons generously provided by Icons8 (https://icons8.com).
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws and jurisdiction of the country/region where the App provider operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved in this jurisdiction.
• Subscription Services: Blurtext provides an array of subscription options, including monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans, which are processed through Apple's StoreKit service. 1 month ($0.99), 1 year ($5.99), lifetime ($7.99) durations. Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
